Behind every good organization is an experienced and fair leader. Our founder and CEO, Ferhad 'Had' Erdogan, brings 20+ years of real-world business and marketing knowledge plus an array of technological skills from custom programming to database development. After studying engineering and computer science, ‘Had established Aneiva Incorporated where he and his creative team developed Lightbringer (a.k.a. Cydonia) video game software, hailed by Computer Gaming World as the best-looking adventure game in years.

Post-Aneiva, ‘Had founded and grew two IT/networking companies, after which he began exploring web development and marketing services. Noticing the growing frustration with companies offering only cookie cutter templates to the unique creative, marketing, and technology requirements of every client, Had felt called to change his professional direction. Merging his passion for interactive software and games with his deeper philosophies of positive change, ‘Had founded Blue Genie, offering highly personalized web marketing services, with a special emphasis on helping positive impact organizations.

Since arriving in the Rogue Valley in the late 1980s, ‘Had has been active in many community service organizations, including Rotary International.
